But due to improper use of some members, they may occasionally have their accounts blocked or put on hold called (MORATORIUM).

Reasons Why Your Account May Be On Moratorium

>>Deleting your banking details

>>Change of password

>>Editing your banking details

>>Any form of deleting or replacing your personal details.

The most common reason why member can also be put on MORATORIUM is when a member is having one bank account on multiple MMM account or having multiple MMM accounts.

This can be solved by contacting support and explaining your fraudulent actions.



Steps to fix MORATORIUM On MMM


>>Log into your MMM Personal office (PO)

>>Click on Support, then click CREATE to open a ticket like this:

>>Excase: PROBLEMS WITH THE CREATION OF THE WITHDRAWAL ORDERS.

>>Title: I REQUESTED TO GET HELP AND AM NOT GETTING MATCHED.

>>Your message: Share your experience or story

>>Browse: Upload any relevant document of screenshot (only if necessary)

>>Click Save to submit ticket.
